GrowLab: Seed Exchange is a fictional, entertainment-only game that includes references to cannabis/weed culture. It does not facilitate the sale, use, or promotion of real cannabis products. No claims or endorsements about cannabis are made by Frankenclowns or the app's creators.

Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for using the game only where it is lawful to access this type of content. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.

Virtual Items and Points

Seeds, buds, points, and other items are virtual and have no real-world value. We may modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items at any time. No refunds or exchanges are provided for virtual items.

User Content

You retain rights to content you create in the game, but you grant Frankenclowns a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the game.

Acceptable Use

• No cheating, automation, or exploitation of game systems.
• No attempts to access data that does not belong to you.
• No harassment, hateful content, or illegal activity.

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frankenclowns and the app's creators are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from use of the game.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
