Who We Are
GrowLab: Seed Exchange is a game operated by Frankenclowns (ABN 45 685 376 900).
Information We Collect
- Account data such as email address and user ID.
- Gameplay data such as plants, seeds, buds, inventory, listings, sales ledger entries, and in-app mail.
- Usage data from analytics (Google tag/gtag.js), such as pages visited, device and browser information, and approximate location based on IP address.
How We Use Information
- Provide the game, accounts, and in-app features.
- Deliver in-app mail, track virtual transactions, and prevent abuse.
- Understand how the game is used and improve performance and balance.
Sharing
We use service providers to operate the game, including Supabase (authentication and database storage) and Google Analytics (usage analytics). We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion, and we will remove data unless we must keep it for legal or security reasons.
